Job requirements:
Exceptional team player with outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Computer knowledge with a desire to become proficient in our Customer Servicesoftware
Experience in mold remediation, home services or construction is preferred
Certification in Mold Inspection and Remediation; specifically IICRC certifications are a plus.
Valid driver's license with good record
Must pass drug and background test

Job description:
Assess and identify mold growth & contributing moisture factors in residential, commercial and industrial buildings, including problem areas such as attics, basements, and crawl spaces.
Use problem-solving skills to determine mold causes/water or moisture issues
Take air and surface samples to send to a lab for analysis.
Provide detailed reporting on findings with recommendations for remediation based on the inspection and issues identified.
Addressing any questions, explaining our technology, the full scope of recommended work and setting expectations for customers.
Position requires a combination of sales ability as well as a labor/on the ground component that requires physical stamina and the ability to work in occasional uncomfortable conditions.
Responsibilities include assessing job scope and providing on the ground remediation methods, following safety protocols, and wearing personal protective equipment.
Maintain a clean, organized truck and equipment along with assisting with inventory and supply tracking.
